We're throwing a party and hoping your team can join us, because you're the guests of honour.

Swimming and BBQ celebration will be held at the
Red Deer Recreation Centre Pool & Field on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

If your school is not attending, please go back to your email invitation and select the "Not Attending" button to be removed from event updates. 

Declining this event will allow you to receive information regarding in-school celebrations. You will receive notification at the end of April about in-school offers.

• Upon arrival, schools will go directly to recreation centre pool lobby and greeted by AMA staff.
   
• After swimming, once your students are clothed and collected, proceed as a group to BBQ lunch.
   
• Depart by 1:00 PM to return to school.

• Lunch will be served buffet-style.
   
• Arrive anytime that works for you in coordination with your swim time.
   
• AMA event staff will provide a few optional games for patrollers during the lunch hour (keep-up, soccer obstacle course, relay races)

• Upon arrival, head straight to the field for lunch (available from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
   
• After lunch, schools participating in the PM swim, head to the recreation centre pool lobby as a group to be greeted by AMA staff. 
   
• Swim until 3:00PM or depart from the pool with your students when desired.
   

Transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the school.
